Muscle Anatomy and Study

If there's one thing I suck at, it's muscle definition. For this reason, I took it upon myself to practice it! I found a wonderful site a while ago called posemaniacs.com where you can get a 3d rendering, 360 degrees horizontal of a pose with a model, only showing the muscle groups and the bones (so.. lacking skin). It's great for studying the muscles, so that's what I did. I kinda.. over-emphasized them on Alexis here, she is not nearly this muscular, but I wanted practice (i would have used Anne, but she has a different body build from this. Maybe I'll do her next time ^^ )
I also kinda used this to practice a different way of soft shading, and I think I like it. what do you all think?
